Most dog beds take something from a room. This one adds to it.

Most dog beds are put up with rather than chosen: tucked in a corner, moved before guests arrive. We designed the stone nest to go where your furniture goes, to sit in a room the way a low upholstered floor object does, and to give the room something back.

Where it goes

It goes where furniture goes. Beside the sofa, at the foot of your bed, in the light by a window: wherever your dog already sleeps, which is usually wherever you already are.

Low enough to sit below the sight line of everything else in the room, and quiet enough that your eye passes over it.

What it looks like

It's one smooth form with no pattern, and on the floor it looks the way a pouf or a low ottoman looks: an upholstered object with a shape of its own.

Then your dog gets on it, and it's obvious what it was for.

nothing gets moved

When guests arrive

Nothing gets moved. It stays where it is, and it looks like it belongs there.
